My career in the Inland Revenue Department from 1962 to 1996. Joined as Assessor & retired as Commissioner; Was Secretary to the Board of Review. Drafted legislation such as the 1980 Estate Duty Act, the 1982 Stamp Act and all gazettes relating to Turnover Tax in 1987 to 1991. After retiring in 1996 was tax consultant for audit firms and companies which sought my advice.
